Group arrival and transfer to Thimphu. Evening orientation session on Bhutanese culture and etiquette. Overnight at hotel, Thimphu.

GNH & governance study day

Visit to Tashichho Dzong, seat of the Bhutanese government, with an educational session on the Gross National Happiness development philosophy. Overnight at hotel, Thimphu.

Traditional arts & sustainable architecture

Visit the Zorig Chusum Institute of Traditional Arts & Crafts, the Paper Factory, and a briefing on traditional rammed-earth and timber construction techniques still used across Bhutan. Overnight at hotel, Thimphu.

Thimphu – Punakha, history day

Cross Dochula Pass and visit Punakha Dzong, with a guided historical session on the Zhabdrung's unification of Bhutan in the 17th century. Overnight at hotel, Punakha.

Community & environment day

Village walk and interaction with a local farming family, plus an environmental briefing on Bhutan's constitutionally mandated forest cover and conservation policy. Overnight at hotel, Punakha.

Punakha – Paro

Return to Paro via Tamchog Lhakhang. Evening student reflection session and cultural quiz. Overnight at hotel, Paro.

Taktsang hike & departure

Group hike to Taktsang Monastery, followed by a closing ceremony and transfer to Paro International Airport.
