Thimphu – Paro — a day-by-day plan operated by our licensed guides, with overnight stops, drive times and highlights confirmed before you travel.

Arrive Thimphu

Arrival and transfer to Thimphu. Evening welcome reception and program briefing with your dedicated corporate account manager. Overnight at hotel, Thimphu.

Conference day 1

Full-day seminar/conference sessions at a tech-enabled venue in Thimphu, with coffee breaks and a working lunch arranged on-site. Overnight at hotel, Thimphu.

Team-building & cultural immersion

Morning team-building activities (archery challenge, treasure hunt through Thimphu's landmarks), afternoon visit to Tashichho Dzong and Buddha Dordenma. Overnight at hotel, Thimphu.

Thimphu – Paro, conference day 2 & gala dinner

Transfer to Paro for the closing session, followed by a customised gala dinner with traditional Bhutanese entertainment. Overnight at hotel, Paro.

Departure

Optional morning excursion to Taktsang Monastery viewpoint for early arrivals, followed by transfer to Paro International Airport.
